Bravo Vehicles Wave 2 2009 @ Zellers / TRU.ca / TRU
« on: August 28, 2009, 11:59:49 AM »

I know I saw this mentioned somewhere in another thread, but I can't seem to find it.  Anyways, I found (and bought) a single Ice Dagger with Frostbite at Bridgeport Plaza Zellers (Kitchener) this morning.

Case Assortment:
1x Ice Dagger with Frostbite
1x Cobra Gunship with Firefly (Wave 1 Repack)

The sad thing is I can't remember if I bought this the first time around or not?
And I have no idea where it is packed up.

so....

I have also been looking at my local Zellers to see if it is in stock yet.

Me too but I'm not thrilled about the colour choice.

Still, I'll buy one. Next to Acrop Iron and his ATV that would be the second movie vehicle I will have purchased. I've passed on everything else so far. They all seem to cost about $5.00 too much.

Have yet to see the movie, and have not bought a single movie toy, but this looks nice. Fits well in with the classic stuff.

Cambridge Mall Zellers was sold out.  I saw the left over Gunship, which means someone already grabbed the Ice Dagger so don't waste your time there.

These were too pricey at TRU. $34.99! And I still couldn't squeeze my budget for them at Zellers either. I did pick up Rockslide A.T.A.V. for under twenty at Zellers.

My recon of TRU: their figures are $9.99 but they have a lot of Snake Eyes: Ninja Commando and Storm Shadow: Ninja Merc. I picked up the Storm Shadow and a Heavy Duty. Zellers was $5 cheaper on all vehicles than TRU. Walmart's figs are $9.44.

I saw some Comic Book sets at Zellers in Burlington - one featured Snake Eyes. There were two 25th Anniversary figures - I can't remember who they were (bad recon - sorry). One had an eye patch. The other wore a football jersey.

I have to open my new toys and take some pictures now.

Cheers,
Ian

Bought the CRIMSON HYDRA from Walmart at Kennedy and Sheppard in Scarborough today.  Someone must have already picked up the Dragonhawk.
