How many seasons are there? two?
This says "Series 2 Season One" when you click the artwork of the box.

Either way I'll be gettin it because it's awesome fun and will complete the rest of my Shout Factory GI JOE Collection yay!

There were two DiC seasons.

From best I can tell there are two seasons of the DiC series.  If you go on YouTube there are two different versions of the DiC opening credits.  The first one has a lot of 1990 characters and vehicles and the second features a mix of '90 and '91.

Wow....never knew General Hawk eats Chocolate Chip cookies during Joe Meeting...LOL...got to love those cobra cockroaches!..Mr. Black, Mr. Green and Mr. Brown.
The new guy that joined, has an HE-MAN hair cut!? Could it be Adam in disguise? LOL...really enjoying the series
