Not bad. Two comments:
I think adding some bulk like some gear, ammo or utility belt around the waist could do the trick. I would say also "armor" but this one's already got a fitted body armor so maybe this is the new direction you want to take I tell myself.
And.....that helmet. No sir, I don't like it. It could be something a bit more futuristic per instance. You could consider down the road: a SW Tantive rebel soldier helmet.
Anyhow, I love the color sheme, it works for me. Not a big fan of the wrist effect around the hands but I guess that's what comes with customizing with ME joes anyway. Anyway, I tell myself that's always fixable.
Can't wait to see the final result, and you know you don't have to take my word for it. Your customs always manage to surprise me in the end.
