General Bandor is Destro's royal advisor, and is in charge of the Castle Control. He also advises the iron grades Force, and is very wise, though he can be very overprotective and opinionated at times.

  He is the commander of the Castle of Destro's crew, once the Castle became battle-worthy, and especially once it transforms into the  Fortress. General Bandor remains the same as before but is now more affiliated with the Cobra's alliance than before.

  His biggest role  was, when Destro was on trial for treason, he spoke for him in his defense, which resulted in finding Destro "not guilty".The Joe's didn't like  how that trial played out, that day,

Bebop was originally human, part of a street gang in New York City that was employed by zartan. Bebop was a taller African American man with a purple Mohawk. With the other members of their gang, they were sent out to stop G.I.JOE


After this humiliating setback, DR> MINDBENDER developed a plan to defeat the Joe's by transforming members of the street gang, so that they would have abilities to beat the Joe's . Bebop volunteered to undergo the procedure (though he was particularly aware of what it would entail) with the promise that it would allow him to exact revenge on the Joe's .


 Bebop was turn  into a human cyborg, . However, though the transformation did make him  larger and stronger, he remained incompetent simpletons and were completely inept at stopping the Joe's  or carrying out Cobra Commander's plans.For most the most he was employed for comic relief purposes; however, the Joe's  certainly consider him  to be formidable (despite his stupidity) in combat due to his  great strength and endurance, and as such, often use his  intelligence to outwit them rather than fighting them in a straightforward manner. , .
