Rusty or stripped back screws
« on: July 27, 2012, 05:44:29 AM »

Hello all.
I asked months ago and didn't get any response so I'm trying again.
I've been having trouble getting out a few back screws in some figures and am looking for tips on how to remove them to repair orings. The screws are either rusty or stripped.
Thanks.

Soak them in WD40. Sometimes that helps.

Get a stripped screw remover bit set from canadian tire or home depot its about $15 for a set of 3 sizes.
They are about an inch and a half long and will fit into any all in one screwdriver.
the smallest bit just squeezes into the back of a joe
