With the Canadian GI Joe Convention less than 49 hours away, please keep in mind that the Canadian Joe Con does not take credit cards/Debit or checks.
Your admission, and convention sets can only be purchased with cash.
American funds will be exchanged at par 1:1.
There is a bank machine on the premises, and banks surrounding the area so you will have an opportunity to get more funds should you need them.
Assume that the vendors also do not accept Credit Cards/Debit. Some may, but we won't know that until the day of the event.
We suggest you plan ahead and come fully loaded up with cash!
What you don't spend, you can always put back in the bank upon returning home.
We should have an alternative solution to this come 2010.
