On the other hand, I'm glad to see Hasbro throwing Joecanuck a bone every now and then - this stuff, and the G.I. Joe/Cobra 5-packs coming out soon. I think Joecanuck got the exclusive!

Because it comes with another Wild Bill (who is on my will not buy against my will list) I wouldn't pick it up, even if I liked Tiger Force - which regular readers of the newsletter will know - I am not. Shame that Skystriker (the figure) couldn't make an appearance with the WW mold and ace head.
My only real problem with this release is that they seem to have bound the feet on the python viper, and that does pretty much irreversible damage to the figure. (Think about the comic pack elastics). I hope that this is just a packaging proto thing, or the only thing that viper is going to be able to do is sit in the plane.
But that box art makes me want to drool. They are really nailing the packaging this year.
Stealth, I think you double linked the box art for the conquest instead of the toy pic.

Pay no mind to these heretics, this is great news. I already have a PP Conquest, but a new one is always welcome. Also, a chance to get the Tiger Rat? I'm in.
I figured Hasbro would try and use the molds again, and thankfully they did it with my two favourite subgroups. I wish they would have used Skystriker instead of Wild Bill, but otherwise great news.
