Sorry, I am confused - will we have to remake our CAW's, or will we be able to use the previous ones? If we can't reuse them, what is the new game and platform.

I could do a JVC version of raptor using the existing one as a base if we're doing the same game. But really, do i need to make Raptor look sillier?

We're using Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 for the PS2.
The characters from last year won't work on the new version.
Sorry Raps. Gotta make a new one.

On the plus side, it should be easy enough to -recreate- the one you made.

It wasn't that easy - Brown was really hard to pull off on the previous version of the game, you had to "hand mix" it. Plus finding the appropriate shade of grey to make the back hair look like that wierd pattern crap on Rap's back was a challenge.

Looks like i'll have to find a copy of the new one and remake him. Maybe they'll have a proper bird head cowl for me to use this year.

If anyone's making an '87 Joe character, that's who I'll use.

I'll have to win my way to meet Raptor, but that's half the fun!!!

Sorry Charles but I've found that the choices are even more limiting in 2007 than in 2006. There were certains customs I had that I made last year that i just couldn't duplicate this year. For example, my character of Chef Morgardee, the whole outfit he wore last year (white coverall shorts) is gone.

Doing a roll call.... of sorts.

Who has a create-a-wrestler done so far, and who are they.

I want to make sure we have 30 in total - and no more.

Here's my list (so far - more to come):

THE Mike
Roadblock
Storm Shadow
Stalker
Destro
Cutter
Night Creeper Leader
Duke

I'm going to shoot for a Raptor and a "Canadian Sensation" Raptor. making a CAW that looks just like me would be... underwhelming.

Add mine to the list:

Snake eyes
Firefly
Major Bludd
Doctor Mindbender

Plus Morgardee if that counts (and my special grudge match CAW just for you  ;D).

Hey Mike, what levels are we setting these guys at? Right now I'm trying to finish GM mode because as it stands these guys are all still 38. Moves sets and intros are finished but they are still wimps.

If we don't have 30 I have a few comic book guys like Spiderman, Joker, Supperman, George W Bush,etc...

We'll have 30.

And I'm averaging the guys around 5'10-6'1 at about 76-85, with the odd one higher (Storm Shadow).

I should be able to 'up' the numbers for yours at the meet.
We'll have 30. I finished another one this morning: Monkeywrench.

Stop making Cobras!
;-)

For each Cobra you make, make a Joe.... it evens things out.
We're ahead on Cobras now.  :shifty:

I've updated the FIRST post in this thread with the list.

Raps, make you - it's funnier that way. I made me, Loop always makes him, etc. etc.
I don't follow JCW - which is why I put some very basic rules on which CAWs will be permitted in the tourny! ;-)
