collector site question
« on: February 28, 2009, 10:45:02 PM »

Does anyone know if there is ANYWHeRE on the net, a site similar to YoJoe.com, but for Star wars stuff?  I am a avid collector of both GI Joe and Star Wars.  For Joe collecting, nothing beats YoJoe, but there is nothing that I can find comparable to it for Star Wars.  I know there must be other dual line collectors out there, and I hope someone can help me out on this.

Thanks,
WudStar

There's www.rebelscum.com - but it can get confusing at times. If you don't know what toy line the item you're searching for is in, then you'll be there awhile.

They don't have it set up like yojoe where you can easily track down a weapon, and I don't blame them. If they didn't start it that way, it would just take forever now.

I found thathttp://cargobay.starwars.com/ is easy to use, but it might take you a while to figure the figures beacuse it has every line of star wars.

I should have been more specific.  What I'm trying to find is something set up to show what figures / vehicles were released in what year with what accessories.  Also, something with a comic book archive.

The Rebelscum IS the closest you're going to get. No one has done a comprehensive archive like the one yojoe has for Joes.

Thanks, I checked it out, and it isn't exactly what I wanted, but it sure is damn close.  It's been a while since I've visited rebelscum, and they have made some definite improvements since my last visit.  I had always thought it was just a news site.
