This year's location worked fine for me, same with the day. If not Hamilton, Niagra Falls on a Saturday would work equally well, if not better due to shorter commute. As for moving it to a different day, I don't see why. I made arrangements in advance with both my jobs to schedule time off for the trip. If it's important for you to attend, you work it out. For those that don't take extra days, having it on Saturday gives you time for a leisurely drive back & a Sunday to recover.

That Brownie custom is sweet too.

Ask Viper how sweet that brownie was.

Yeah Mike, I wasn't able to come up with too many parts this year, but let me know what you need for next year. You've got myself and the toy store at your disposal.

Much as I like Cobra, I'm hoping next year's figure's a Joe; kinda balance things out. 'Sides, the GI Joe team needs more Canucks on it.

Hawk... is that you?

Yeah, the Shiver figure rocks. He's a great addition to Cobra in general, but more importantly, fleshes out Cobra's severly lacking Arctic roster.

Mine's sans leg screws but the torso seems to be fine. Did any of them have holes in the bottoms of their feet for stands? I'll probably drill some for mine.

Only conundrum now is do I display Shiver in my foreign exclusives display?

Damn, the auction & the figure box fiasco's way messed up. Good to know that atleast the auction got taken care of. Kind of got an idea who it might've been. :(

I dunno Scramble, I think Arctic's still a viable option. This is GI Joe afterall, not all the vehicles make sense. Neither the Polar Battle Bear nor the Arctic Blast provide any protection from the elements. The Havoc & Stun have been used in snow. GI Joe just requires a suspension of disbelief.

Not to mention that an Arctic vehicle is perfectly themed for Canada. But whatever you decide on'll be awesome. I just look forward to seeing the finished product.

EDIT: I moved this to it's own thread to place comments in.

So Mike, do we buy tickets for the drawings or is it limited to 1 per person with admission?
