Hasbro Q&A Time!
« on: May 06, 2010, 03:08:09 PM »

By now you know drill.

Submit your questions in this thread, and we will submit the best 3 questions to Hasbro. The will for sure answer 1, maybe more.

Remember the limitations:

Quote
Topics open for discussion – Deco Decisions, Design Choices, Design Process/Development and Redeco/Retooling. Also, questions pertaining to past and current Lore/Storyline, Line Strategy and Marketing.

· Topics that cannot be addressed - “When will X toy be made/redesigned/released?”, Hypothetical, Sales/Cost Data, Product Idea Submissions, Potential Design/Redesign and Future Movie/Entertainment.

Thanks!

Will the Pursuit of Cobra line have generic packaging in Canada or the individual character art as they do in the US?

Something I have always wondered about.
Is the picture used for the 1987 Sneak Peek file card Stephen King's son?

With the shift away from movie likenesses, how will characters who were more drastically changed for the film be handled? Will Heavy Duty remain haired, British and not-a-Roadblock-clone-anymore? Will Breaker remain Moroccan? Will Ripcord remain African-American?

1)  Mr. Goldner said they found they were asking too much for Joes and I believe I read they will be dropping by $2 in the US.  What about Canada (I won't even ask about the dollar being on par!)?

2)  In regard to the new GIJoe cartoon announced, will the Hub! be available in Canada?  If not, will it be playing on a Canadian specialty channel?

Ditto on the Hub! will it be accessible in Canada?

Will Pursuit of Cobra be available in Canada?

Why not 2 heads instead of a variant figure on the upcoming 2011 Snake Eyes?

What will be the ration of said variant?

How are you?

These are my five questions.

What type of case assortment are you going to have with the POC line?  i.e. 12 figure or 14 figure
How is the assortment going to be broken down and is there going to be variant case assortments?

-Thank you very much for the upcoming Low-Light.  Can we expect to see more figures based on original caracters in the POC line or all futur caracters will be in a new style?
