You cave to go to these small specialist craft shops like Wal*Mart, Zellers and Shoppers Drug Mart to find it. Not sure if there are any in your area...  

Seriously man, almost every department store has the stuff, and it's been around for like 30 years. Walmart has it with the bleach, Zellers has it with the fabrics. The packaging looks like it hasn't changed since the 70's. Just ask for fabric dye, and some kindly greeter will point you in the right direction.  

A note. Don't buy it in dollar stores. Pay the extra .47 for the real stuff. I used some crap called tintex, and it did not work for me.
