Ok, this is way off topic, but this is, as far as I know, the greatest concentration of Ontario residents that I can bug about Ontario stuff.
Anyway, cutting to the chase, there is a chance I may move to Cornwall for work. Tell me everything I need to know about Cornwall, if there is anything at all, that I should need to know.

Alberta / TRU Expands their Joe inventory....

I was in a TRU today and found some new Joe stuff...are you ready?
The Spytroops VHS movie pack with the Snake-eyes, Duke and CC figures. It was $15. Smells like a peg warmer to me. :?
From what I've heard the movie is beyond terrible, and I don't need any more of those figures. So...pass on this for me.

Alberta / Wave 3! Sorta!

Well, I hit a Walmart today, and went to the toy section which looked like a tornado just ripped through. Found two packs from wave 3. Wild Bill and Crusher guy, and Jinx and Slice buried under some Transformers. Picked up the Jinx pack, and passed on Wild Bill since he had some sloppy paint apps on him. His beard/goatee was covering his whole mouth.
Anyway, good to see that they are slowing becoming more available. Just have to find that Snow Serpant/BAT pack.

Alberta / No Wave 3 Yet :(

I checked a Walmart today, and found that they restocked with VvV wave 2 in new and flashy packaging with card art on the front plus a text bubble on the card with whatever gimicky thing that one of the figures has. No sign of wave 3 yet.

Yup, found wave 2 of VvV in TRU here in Calgary. Just got the one pack that I didn't get last time I found them in abundance in Walmart. No sign of any VvV vehicles yet.

Looks like Liquidation Worlds are getting some RAH Joes in. Props to the guys in Ontario with the first finds here on the board. Hit one today in Calgary, and walked out with a CC/Laser Viper and 5 Brawler/Tripwire packs. Not sure exactly why I think I need 5 of those packs, but I guess we will see.

Alberta / VvV Wave 2 in Calgary!

Found wave 2 of the VvV line plus a bunch of SS/SE packs from wave 1 today in Walmart, here in Calgary. Picked up the Destro pack, the Swamp Rat pack and the Baroness pack. I think there are some other figures in there as well... :wink:

General Joe Talk / VvV Wave 2 in Western Canada

No, no, this isn't what you think. It seems that wave 1 VvV was restocked in the East but not the West, and now Wave 2 has arrived with no sign in the West. I have figured out why. Walmart ships most of their stuff from the East via Rail...maybe not Via Rail, but you know what I mean. Since there is a rail strike, Walmart's stock hasn't been refilled on a hell of a lot of stuff, toys included. So its only a matter of time for the West. But I heard that BHT will be picking up Wave 2, so there another way if you are impatient.
