Repeater's head from the TRU Pit Support set would work for Mac.  A Zartan Pit MP head would work for Poncho.

Looks like the triangular predator gun comes with the red carded cobra commander. Haven't opened it yet, but it is a triangular gun that looks like it might fit into a backpack.

cool, which one was first?  I recall Warren Ellis said he made Dial-Tone a female because the name "amused him", and that that character had too many lines not to be named.  So I dont think it was a direct result of the IDW comic.
