Just thought I would let everyone know that there is a Canadian online retailer with preorders for the cases of the next (last?) two waves.

Good price per figure even with $9 shipping and $16 tax it is about equal to TRU prices.
I have dealt with them a lot over the years and can vouch for their awesomeness.
No word on the Eaglehawk yet. I sent an email inquiring.

Thanks for the heads up. I cancelled my wave 3.5 case from BBTS and ordered from Legends instead. With taxes, it probably saves me only a few bucks, but I won't get dinged with duties and I can support a local merchant.

Received shipping notification from Legends. Wave 3.5 is on the way. :)

I'm starting to regret ordering from Smalljoes.
At one point my order was "in process" and it's now been revoked to "preorder"

Im going to try and order wave 4 from here. 3.5 already coming from BBTS, most of the savings will be coming from no customs fees. But I will compare the final tallys for both once in.

Both 3.5 and 4 from smalljoes shipped 2 days ago. Looks like they saved the best waves for last. Biggest downside about the latest movie figures is they don't take rit dye well at all. :(

I had wanted to order the wave 3.5 case from Legends, but they are now sold out on that. I went instead with Small Joes because the price was good. My order also shows as a "pre-order", but the status of the product was NOT "pre-order" when I placed my order last night. The note on the item says the stock should be in tomorrow.
Not a problem, we'll see how thing go over the next few days. I dislike pre-order arrangements with retailers because there's never a guarantee they'll get the stock to fill the requests. If the wait is too long, well.........
There's no sign of 3.5 appearing up here, outside of the Eaglehawks at Target--aside from some small retailers, like some comic book store, no major retailers appear to have GIJOE in their systems for the foreseeable future.

I don't think waves 3.5 and beyond will show up at regular retail unless they bring in US packaged stuff. They did that for a few SW waves. The case from legends was on US cards.
And a friend told me the eaglehawk is now showing in the TRU computer. No numbers, but it is now in the system.

Most specialty stores get the US cards, it's only the chain stores that usually get the bi-lingual stuff.
I noticed at Target today that they have returned the price of single Joes to 10.99. I would take that as a sign they are not going to clearance them, but might bring new stuff in. One can hope, right?

Legends regularly carries the Canadian carded figures when available. So far there's been no evidence of these final waves on multilingual packaging, and the fact that the ones I got from Legends are US just indicates there's still no evidence of multilingual packaging.
I'd be thrilled if they show up at regular retail, as I'd like another Kwinn and a blind master and dark ninja. I'm just not holding my breath.

Got my shipping notice today for my wave 3.5 order from Small Joes. Their site is showing no "pre-order" tag on the items on their page, so they must have gotten their expected replenishment. Still would have liked to have gone through Legends, but I guess getting these by any means that works is the order of the day!

Got my wave 4 case, very pleased with Legends! Prob save a few bucks from customs too and faster. Will definately buy from there again.
