Well, if they hit the garage sales, they might stock it up.
I initially picked up the Funskool Wild Bill, god knows why, but yesterday I exchanged it for the Nunchuk figure, which I'm trading with someone for a minty fresh Navy SEAL Guile figure.

Legends seems to have acquired themselves a bin full of loose toys for 5$ each. I got a Funskool Toxo-Viper and a Nunchuk ver3 on Sunday. Here's what else I remember being in that bin:
Funskool Wild Bill
Funskool Blocker
2000 Duke
Shipwreck (blue hat and shirt)
Mindbender (maroon shirt and cape)
Scalpel
Gung-Ho (one of the new sculpt ones)
Duke (with that funky helmet)
T-crotch Storm Shadow (first edition)
T-crotch Snake-Eyes (repaint, black/brown/green)
T-crotch Frostbite
T-crotch Destro (aka Constipated Mask Destro)
2002 Mirage
Original Blizzard, with only his helmet (needs a new rubber band)
This is all I can remember seeing. They also had old X-Men, Star Wars and other stuff in that bin.
