I don't know if its just me, but I have a hard time telling where new posts are, and where they aren't.   :|

It should be easier!
Log in, and then click the 'View posts since last visit' on the upper left corner.

The post indication square is in many different shades of red...I think thats what he means...and that is what I use to look for new posts...they are so close to one another in color that I can not tell if any new posts are posted in a forum...lol!!!
