The Rescue Mission 4 pack is $26 and completely worth it.

Of course the Target exclusive packs are now down to $22.50.

That still sounds like a rip-off to me.

Aren't those things only ~$10 USD at Target in the US?

The Target exclusives are US$9.99 here. The Rescue set is US$19.99. None include local taxes.

Just in case any of you are insane like me... a warning, Storm Shadow's Arashikage Cycle still features the larger footpegs of VvV figures on the bike pedals.

Wow, playing with the Resolute style snake eyes from the rescue pack, and I am - underwhelmed.

He's got problems with standing up on his own, and the head juts out at a SHS wolverine like angle. the hands are loose and floppy and at a weird angle, which makes it hard to hold his weapons and feels fragile (like the reactive armor male figures).

I am not understanding the press this guy got...

Must have got a bad one. My carded CS SE has tight joints, and poses great.  Holds all his stuff just fine. One of the best figures in the line in my eyes.

Maybe city strike uses different plastic, and the head ball sits on a different angle?

I'd put him at better than the first movie one, but far behind Paris Persuit.

If you're looking to get a price reduction on some product you bought previously, be aware that apparently it is Zeller's policy that they only honour their sale prices as far back as the previous flyer.

That is, if you bought the items 2 weeks ago, they won't price match theur sale price.  Or so I learned this weekend.

That is BS.

Just return the item and re-buy it then, if they want to play that game.

Just keep your receipt. They will only give you the lowest price on the item that has been paid that year by *anyone* in thier computer system (including price matches) if you don't have a receipt.

If you do, they aren't that bad about it - but since I was out of the 2 week window I did have to return and rebuy the figures that I wanted the discount on.

Zellers has a 30 day period for returns.  So just play the game then.

Even before finding out what they are going for at Target, I felt the new vehicle packs seemed high, still picked up a Snake Armor, Rocket Pack and Dragonfish.  But man, what a rip we get, these should be 15 bucks here, reg price is 29.99 way over priced, nice toys but man...expensive.  I'm tempted to pick up another RHINO on sale for those prices.

Better still, I am going to pick up one of the items they wouldn't honour at Wal-mart and take that one back.

But thanks.  I'm glad I'm not the only one willing to push back.
