I don't speak for Zellers (or Hasbro) on this, but typically when they have to do a 50% off sale to clear stock, they won't be quick to restock that item again.

Sales like this are good for the consumer, bad for the retailer and the product line.

I believe your are referring to Supply and Demand and I think you're right about it. Usually If the retail store believes there is no demand for the product, then restocking or size of orders are to be reconsidered.


Likely a deal between Hasbro and Zellers to blow out unsold stock.

Okay I bit the bullet and picked up a Destro to see if my local Zellers had them on sale, still no signs to indicate it but YES he rang up at $4.99.

Bought some Joe stuff @ Zellers yesterday, price has gone up to 6.99 on figures.  Still no signs up about the lower price.   ::)

latinjoe22 asked me pick him up another Conquest X-30 from Zellers and they were scanning at 19.99! did not have time to see if the other RoC stuff was on sale, I will check out another Zellers Tomorrow to see if the sale is back!

The Sale is back but Not everything is 50% off. 
Figures are now $6.99
Alpha Vehicles are now $9.99
they did not have a Bravo vehicle to verify the price so I will guess it is 14.99
Target exlusives from 25th Ann. are now $19.99

The RoC Target exlusives are not on sale  :P

The 2 Zellers I go to look like they have been picked over.  I do not think they have restocked since the last 2 sales.  :(

Last week I got a few figures from Zellers for like $2 each. As well some Combat Heroes for $1.50(love Firefly :)) and a Crimson Hydra for $10 from Walmart. Lots of sales right now.
