I haven't seen any vipers in my area. Someone in K-Dub is building a huge Viper army.

You mean the regular "Viper" grunts?  If so, they were not part of the waves that TRU is selling.

Huh. But I thought I saw Vipers in my TRU a while back. Maybe I was wrong. Not the first time, won't be the last. 

Those were the 25th ones.  The POC versions, which are miles better, have not been released in Canada at retail so far.

Great sale. Most TRUs I've seen have had quite a bit of stock. I went a little crazy :-) I guess I've been missing the days of RoC when joes were plentiful.

My tally so far:

Jungle BATs: 2 - I left at least 15+ on pegs
Blowtorch: 1 - Pegwarming something fierce
Hawk: 2 - Moving decently, but not hard to find. I might pick up a couple more to use as generic troopers
Steel Brigade: 7 - My favorite figure of this wave. I've left quite a few on the pegs.
Cobra Trooper: 14 - My second favorite of this wave.
Cobra Commander: 0 - Second biggest pegwarmer after BT.

I've also seen a few wave 4 Dukes, but no other figures.

Also picked up a Captain America (Supercombat) and a Red Skull. The same special applies on all Marvel figs.

Since Pete did not go to Markville so it was open season for me, LOL!

But I was good for my first purchase:

3 BATs

I would have bought all 20 BATs but I did not want to look gready.

Then I must of had pre-season as I left those three blue shirts there on Saturday.  I had already bought 10 of them that day.  I am stunned the three figures I left behind lasted that long.

As for the Bats.  Those are pure meh to me.

I was there last Friday or Saturday, I got all I wanted, 5 Blue Shirts and one AV   Im good

I got what I wanted. 3 Steel Brigade and 1 blue shirt.

I want to do some head swapping with some of the Slayer Design Studio heads on the Steel Brigade figure and make them not so generic looking. Maybe do some paint wipes and even paint one of the helmets gold and do a rit dye job.

No rush on any of that stuff, just something to goof off with over the coming winter while sitting infront of the fire place.

still tons left in whitby ontario.  was there today and lost count of blue shirts, steel brigades and bats, etc.  there is 2 shock troopers left and one snake eyes from wave 4.  ...still have the big bin in the centre isle, and its almost still full.  must not be 2 many collectors around these parts who want these right now!  so far my son's army's have gained some recruits.  he now has 3 steels, 3 blue shirts, and three jungle bats.  i dont usually let him get more than one figure, but at that price can't go wrong!

The sale is still on? On that that was one week. I guess it makes sense since they probably don't want to remove all that product from the bins and there isn't shelf space for them right now.
