Just remember guys, if they joints are stuck/stiff either give them a hot water bath, or use a heat gun/hair dryer to warm them up and slow move them until they move more freely.

Do we need to do this each time or just once?

If you mean for each figure, that depends on the figure.  Once you open the figure, if all the limbs/joints move freely then no worries.  However if something is sticking, or feels really tight, then yes I would do the heating it up trick to loosen the joints.

Either way you should only have to do it once (the heating trick) and then it should be good going forward.  I haven't heard anyone say the joint got stuck again after heating.

You can also check out your local TRU if you have one.

My local one (Merivale TRU in Ottawa) had everything TF and PP when I was there two days ago.  Outback, Recondo, Bazooka, BATs, Vipers and Officers.  Considering how much it costs now to get things from Hasbro Pulse it works out to pretty much the same getting them at TRU's ridiculously marked up price.
