Just to start your discussion for next year's set, we plan to dive into neon colours thanks to a new method. Neon lime will be the colour to the box as well as another revisited figure. We're bringing the 90s back.

Anyone interested in the Canadian Joe Meet 2007 exclusive Shiver (bagged with filecard and accessories)? PM me if you are.

Probably a useless question: can we all still buy an extra copy of the comic book at the convention like all the other years?

Yes!
I'll also have copies of 2011, 2010, and 2009 (only one) for those that don't have them.

Thanks, guys. I definitely enjoyed working on the story that Ryan (Scramble) scripted.

formbx257 - No worries. If my stuff didn't look worth buying, I work harder in my art. Now that Joe Canuck and Black Ice have been revealed as part of our set, I'll have limited prints of the evolution of both characters so you can compare the character art from several years ago to today's versions.

Cellphone pictures didn't do this figure justice.
I haven't been this excited about our Canadian Joe Con set since 2009 with the HATE and second Back-Stop figure.

Glad you noticed the improvements I made in this year's comic. Rest assured, there is dialogue in the comic, including in these pages.

Hi everyone,

Now that Joe Canuck is revealed as part of this year's convention set, here's a preview of this year's comic. It's the calm before the storm.

Another page will be posted later today.
I'll be selling the original comic pages from this year's comic at this year's convention; a few as low as $60.

Stay tuned....

That was fun seeing the I.C.E. Queen in the comic--and I thank Jason for crediting me. Very pleased to see the characterization from the filecard carried over too!! Great fun seeing it all come to life! Bravo--well done!

That was one of my concerns: making sure it was done right. From one artist to another, I wanted to stay loyal to another person's creation so I'm really glad you appreciated her appearance... she will turn up again down the road. It was actually a blast involving a new character created by another member of the board that I hope down the road we could have a second annual contest.
