Finally another vehicle custom. After the Double HISS tank, I wanted to have an updated Chameleon to fit with the Zartan 25th anniversary.

So I used a diecast Skydoo model, here are the WIP pictures, i'll use the same colors as the original

I am liking the way it looks, and now that it is painted it really does look like what should have been released in the 25th line.

Looks great Prince! Can't wait to see it fully painted.

On comment: you need footrests or kneerests for your Zartan. You don't want him to put his toes too close to the fuselage LOL!

And since this is an updated version of the Swampskier you may want to contemplate sporting the latest Dreadnok faction symbol on the nose of the skier.

I ordered some repro stickers from cobrastickers.com, but i'm not sure that I have enough skills to paint the new 'noks logo

Man that has to be one of the best custom vehicles I've seen in a while. awesome job on the color scheme and the photoshoping there man! Super awesome....maybe add a little brown or dark orange in there with the green's for the earth tone  swamp look...small suggestion. Zartan rocks!

I decided to go with darker shades of green. I think it's less cartoony and much closer to swamp colors

Probably a wiser choice down the road, since it is an update. Looking good on the shell parts!

Hey Prince, that is indeed awesome and....awesome! For some reason the body of the updated Swampskier really reminds me more the shape of a Mosquito's abdomen, the insect on which I believe that the concept of the swampskier was based on. Great job man on revisiting the concept.

One thing to comment about the original swampskier though: it never had any form of integrated weaponry if I remember. Has it ever crossed your mind before to add a gun or two, or did you just want to remain consistent with the original design in regards this aspect?

Funny you asked, I juggle with this idea and i'm not sure. Probably a front gun, maybe something removable
