Are they out...??? Well I know the Artic Pack is I just found it. But what about the Imperial Procession? It was suppose to be out after the Artic pack...and I see some people are finding it...but these are the same guys who can not find the Artic Pack. Any chance they are being released but in different distribution areas?

Where did you find it? US? Canada?
-
Ha ha...that is funny??? :D
How long have the 6 packs been out...2 or 3 years and people still ask this???
Thay are Toys R Us exclusives in the U.S. !!!!

It's a legitimate question because some stores up here buy us stuff and scalp, um I mean *sell* it sometimes.
Yeah, I'm talking about you Toys Toys Toys. :shifty:

Yes, I am aware that they are TRU exlusive items only in the US. But you didn't say where you got them. There are several options for finding these in Canada as Raptor said. But thanks anyway for all your help.

What help...you are making less sense with each post... :shifty:

I know where you get your 6 packs from Carl. With that in mind, the artic and Cobra Imperial Procession packs were just released in the States this past week. Give it another week and most of the TRUS will have both packs.

Cool thanks!!!
Now another 6-pack question...will the on-line one come in a box like the bats...or on card the the Toys R Us ones?
I only ordered one as I have no idea whos in the selection...well I have seen two of them the officer and the viper...but thats it!

No way they are going to the Bat style boxes. These items will be made for collectors in mind from now on.

I don't know Pete. If they want to keep cost down then I imagine they would be in a box like the BAT packs. I don't see them being the same as a Toys R Us 6 pack, but then again I could be wrong. Hopefully the convention will answer this question along with others.
Also, I still don't think figure called "Night Watch Viper" is included in this pack. Rumor I heard that makes sense is this is the Steel Brigade Commando figure (or something like that) that will be part of the 3 Joe pack to buy at the convention. Again, just rumor.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for any 6-packs at the Silver Snail, but I doubt they'll be getting a lot of them in.

The pack has been posted on Amazon as a pre-order (no pictures though)
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... nce&s=toys (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0009SPSDC/qid=1118077945/sr=1-27/ref=sr_1_27/002-2201468-1209665?v=glance&s=toys)
So I doubt it will come in a crappy little white box.
As for costs, Hasbro has the collectors by the grapefruits. No single pack has been listed under 6 bucks any where so far. So instead of shelling out the coin to get a two pack, know your shelling out the same money to get one less figure. (http://http://www.extremefitness.com/forum/images/smilies/pissed.gif)

Which is how they can afford to make the entire line collector-exclusive. No one could have realistically expected fewer repaints, military colours, and choice characters all for the same cost as a mass retailed line geared towards kids.

Well as far as price goes I am really happy with my order from HQ!!!!
The wave was small and pretty good. No exclusives or chase figures, no real bad figures, so I am happy all the way around!!
As for the six pack I would hope Pete is right for those who keep them in the package...but I open everything so It does not matter to me really!

If you're a completist who leaves stuff MOC, does it really matter if they're single packs or two packs?
i.e. a wave of 6 2-packs and half the guys are repaints
vs
a wave of 6 single packs and the guys are all original molds
Same price for both. What looks better on your wall?

I got both the arctic and the imperial from Realboss (thanks again!)
I gave a Crimson-addicted co-worker the Imperial set and kept the winter ops for myself. This 6-pack is strange - it looks bad in pics and even sorta iffy in the pack, but I find myself really enjoying the figures out of the package. The Joes look like civilian downhill skiiers with combat gear, perhaps paintball fans. Somehow it makes the set good. I can't explain it  This keeps my interest in future 6-packs for sure
