Man, I need a new car. I want to make the trip to the U.S. but here's my problem, my car is on the way out. It can't hold it's oil presure but it's not leaking oil. When I'm moving it's fine, it's waiting at the lights that the presure drops out and the oil light comes on and I've had it looked at a few times. Here's the real problem, I'm getting ready to sell my house and buy a new one so I can't afford to have a debt like a car because it works against the mortgage the banks will give you.
What does this have to do with G.I.Joe? I can't drive to Buffalo dagnamit!
Anyhow, those suckers sound cool. Are the BATs different colours?

Sweet. To answer my own question, this is the set I was hoping for. I just got back and for $19.54 it was totally worth it. If you count the helicopter as a figure, that is less than $5.00 Canadian per figure/ helicopter plus the comic. I might grap a couple more of these next Saturday jst for the Sand Vipers :thumbsup:

I didn't have any luck with Sobeys. What section would they be in? I walked around my local Sobeys and found nothing, but then again, I've got the Giant Tiger. For some reason they are all out of Undertows. Oh right, that was me!!! 
Undertows are great for stealing the weapons (from the ones you bought) for any BJ's Undertows you might have or for just fixing up your original Undertows if they had no weapons. I haven't gotten around to trying yet but the heads might fit on 82, 83 figures as well, for customs.

Is this the same pack that comes with Wild Bill, the Night Sand Viper and Night Recondo? If so, dang, I've gotta swing by my Toys R Us this morning and take a look. I had just about give up on Toys R Us as well for anything decent. Looks like I was wrong.

That is odd Mike. The Giant Tiger near my house sold out once already (uh, beacuse I bought them all :evil: ) and they have re-stocked since then. I'd try looking again in a few days but make sure you look in the 99 cent section and NOT with the other toys. In my area they are stuck in with birthday supplies which happens to be in the 99 cent section.

Alright. Got this message from the master Collectors group asking members to spread the word. It's a decent group to join espcially if you plan on going to the convention:
We only have one month left in our membership drive and we need your help.
This year we are giving away a free 12 inch clear 40th Anniversary figure or a
free 3 3/4 inch glow-in-the-dark Heavy Water figure to each active member as of
March 15th 2004.
We need your help on to talk it up among the collector base. Please contact
your collecting friends and make sure they are aware of this offer. Email them,
drop this on the online boards, call them, send smoke signals...anything you can
do to help is appreciated!
If you have a web site, set a link to gijoeclub.com or gijoeclub.com/shop so
that people can sign up.
The more members we have means the more we can do for collectors.

As for those Star Force Corps, I found a crap load of them at a store for 1.49 CAN. I found 6 different versions but bought only one for now. Not bad looking figures from that Star Force line.
Which store had them for that low a price? I might look around locally if I have the same store.
