ok guys, here is my very first ever custom.

i know it isnt the best thing in the world, but im open to opinions, and areas of improvement, tips, and all that, so please be honst with you opinions, and comments, but also keep in mind, it is my first, so dont scare me from doing more, lol.

I found this post about getting the yellow out of the vintage figures like storm shadow, but i didnt want to put the link up here without permission, its very good post and helpfull, i will be trying it this weekend to make sure it works! but if i get the permission to post the link then i will.

basicly, you put the figure in a jar with the lid on, but you have to take it apart, no screws, no o-ring or t-bar, put the parts and 30% peroxide in the jar lid on, and put it in direct sunlight for a few hours.

i was just wondering how you would tell if a figure truly is moc, or if the card has been opend, even thought they say it hasn't.

I was told that my renters insurance would not cover my gijoe and other various figures, cars ect. in the event something should happen to them except fire. Before they would insure them i have to take pictures, catalog everything, blah, blah, blah, Main thing they want me to do is get my collection appraised. Does anyone know where to get that done? Or if i should even bother with it? does anyone else have their stuff appraised/insured?
