Wally Mart in Cornwall, Ontario re-stocked with a new slew of figures.

And how many is a slew?

The Tiger Force Flint, Baroness, Arctic Snake Eyes wave...  not sure what one that is...  8, I think.  And a slew being that they filled up a peg and a half, so there's two or three of each out with a few more on the top shelf.

Thanks.  It would be great to see shelves being restocked regularly, rather than one shipment of a couple cases per wave.

Fairview Wal~Mart in Kitchener still has the following:

Duke with Jetpack & Flag (x1)
Snake Eyes with Butterfly Knife (x4)
Spirit Iron-Knife (x2)
Wild Bill (x2)

They've been there for a few days now...surprised they've lasted that long.

I take it from this that HISS Driver is not in the Canadian assortment, notwithstanding what appears on the card back...

He's in the wave 3 2008 case.

I was lucky enough to find the HISS Driver in the States with the JUMP Duke...  are they part of the same wave in the Canadian release, or do they miss-match them, here?

Also, sorry for the double-post but I thought this was interesting:  Toysrus.ca almost completely sold out of their stocked 25th anniversary GI Joes since I placed my order on Saturday.  Monday morning, they were "Temporarily Unavailable Online" and today, removed from the site completely.  There's only the odd one up there, now.  That could be a good sign...

I wouldn't read too much into it.  They only had 2 cases of wave 5 available so it doesn't take much to sell through.  But hey, something is better than nothing right?! :)  I think the Wave 3 comics are still available though.

As for Duke and HISS driver, they are both part of Wave 3 2008 (Wave 7).

Things are really looking good for us Canadian consumers.

Near the end of May/beginning of June I had two straight weeks of seeing wave 7 and wave 8 on a Wal*Mart peg.  Went back twice the next week and both times the pegs were empty so I figured the store only ordered one box of each wave and when they were sold out - they were sold out.

I didn't want to return until the end of June when wave 9 is supposed to be out, but the wife and I dropped by tonight so I had to take a look-see at the toy aisle.  I wasn't expecting wave 9 of course but I was pleasantly surprised to see wave 7's Wild Bill, Duke, and Spirit.  Which either means someone returned them or they restocked their peg with some more 25th anniversary figs.

Seeing all this new product after YEARS of drought here, I'm friggin ecstatic!  Distribution with wave 9 should be just fine *crosses fingers*

Aw man I wish the Walmart here would restock Wave 7 I didn't even see that wave here yet someone cleaned it out and they havn't restocked it yet at the walmart near me. The other walmart in the area doesn't look like they ever had any figures no pegs.  Any chance soneone might be able to snag up some of the wave 7 for me the ones that still have the silver border? Seems like it might be the only way to get them as Ottawa seems to be a lot further down the supply chain. : (

I hear ya.  My two supply points are Cornwall and Ottawa...  both seem to have Wave 8.  I Once got a butterfly knife Snake Eyes there, but I think that was a lucky break.  If you find any Wave 7s, let me know!  In the meantime, I'm army-building my Vipers and Python Troops while I can
