G.I.Joe Season 2 Part 1 on DVD
« on: August 06, 2008, 01:10:16 PM »

I never found these in stores, and when they first came out I didn't have the extra $50 or so dollars to buy it.
I just looked online, most of the stores are sold out, however if I had $200 plus dollars there are some used copies on Amazon.ca!

I was just shocked that it was being sold for $200 used.

Well, they're no longer on store shelves...  So naturally, anyone selling a copy can charge pretty much whatever they want.  There's practically no supply, but demand probably isn't great enough to warrant $200

I thought $200 (one copy was for $400) was too much, I know they are not available at retail any more, but all it takes is search on a torrent site, or just wait for Hasbro to release them - and them on BluRay, and then bang your $200 isn't worth spit.  $125 I could understand someone paying.

With the re-release of the Marvel comics by IDW can another Cartoon release really be that far behind?  Or is that wishful thinking.  Obviously they wouldn't do it until they're finished with the DVD packs.
