A word of Caution. Re: Hasbro Protective Cases
« on: January 13, 2009, 08:28:19 PM »

To anyone considering buying the protective cases from Hasbro Toy Shop, here's a word of warning.
The cases designed specifically for G.I. Joe no longer actually fit G.I. Joe figures properly!  The top of the case is not wide enough to accommodate the card with bending the corners.  It's not horrible, but if you're really fussy about card condition these are not the way to go.  I've been through three cases of them (recently purchased, the ones I bought months ago are fine) and every single one of them has the same problem.

After all the effort and expense to get them I'm more than a little disappointed.  Boo Hasbro!!!

General Hawk: Technically, G.I. Joe does not exist, but if it did, it\'d be comprised of the top men and women from the top military units in the world, the alpha dog\'s. When all else fails, we don\'t.

I have quite a few carded Joes and I have been contemplating getting cases for them. Where is the best place to buy protective cases for them?
