We do get a number of these types of posts here, so I'll give you the same answer that I usually give.
These guys are pretty hard to come by. Most people that have them don't part with them, and those who get them just to part with them tend to do so almost right after the convention.
The figures generally go from $300-$500 on the secondary market, though 4 figure offers have been heard of in the past for figures like JoeCanuck and Black Ice.
Keep in mind that the best way to get a figure is to come to the convention. These aren't really anything more than glorified customs (albeit excellent ones with a Larry Hama written filecard...) but they are mementos of a really good time.
The small "production run" (hard to call it that when each one was hand painted and pieced together by TheMike) had more to do with the limitations of available parts. He's working on increasing the production numbers for this year though, so you're a lot more likely to get one if you come.
So if you have the money, you might be able to pick up one of the older ones, but why not spend it getting to the next convention instead?
