I can't see them being exclusive to online.  Maybe the 7-packs will be, but they should see some sort of retail release.

After all, weren't the extreme-conditions sets supposed to be online only?  Now I see them in comic shops.

Comic shops got them because Diamond Comic Distributors carried them in the Previews Catalog from the initial time you could order them. So that is not any kind of indication they were/are going to be available at retail too.

All I know is my favorite G.I. Joe figure of all time, Alley Viper, is coming and from what I've seen he looks freaking sweet. Yes I wish he was on a card and not in a seven pack but I'll take what I can get.

As for this being the end of the 25th anniversary stuff I have 2 thoughts on that. The first being that no way do I think this is the end of the ARAH story based Joes and the second point is at least this time we got all 3 of the main Dreadnoks and a good looking Zartan this time. Don't get me started on how Buzzer got the shaft with the Joe vs Cobra line.  >:(

Think of it in terms of Transformers.  The Classics ended during the movie releases, then after the movie buzz died down the Classics returned.  Along with the Animated stuff.

GI JOE doesn't really have much outside of the 25th.  Except for Resolute, which is untested, and now the cartoon is pushed back until after the movie as well.

So I have no doubt that we will see a bunch of 25th product after the movie buzz dies down.  My only concern is how much the movie will hurt the 25th line if it does poorly.  I doubt retailers will be as willing to carry the 25th line if the movie line tanks, since most of them see it all as GI JOE product.

Yeah, I kind of doubt this will be "the end" of the ARAH Joes too.

Even if it takes a breather for a while, I have a feeling we'll see them again.  I'd like the rest of the Dreadnoks, personally...  at least give us a Thunder Machine.  There are still a ton they could release and some good vehicles that they could test the waters with.  A HAVOC would be nice and maybe a few aerial vehicles...  but that's just me wishing.
