Hey Rocky what is the production date of that SDCC PDD?  Does it start with a 7 or 8? Look for a 5 digit embosed number on the back of the card.  Sorry, but I need to know first!

Hi the 5 digits are as follows 81921
i will post my items for sale and I will be at the toycon this sunday
just look in the parking lot for the joemobile

I have that one already... I need one that starts with a 7.   P.S.  I hate to tell you but you have a bootleg version of the Gold PDD.  I got suckered on it as well.

The factory that made the orginal figure made another run after (So I'm told) check your card art is the colours off, or not lined up right? The one I have the card art work is not lined up right on the GI Joe logo.  If you open the package you will never know it is a bootleg.  What pissed me off is that I bought mine from a very large Online toy seller so I did not check for this until months after.

Sorry to hear that.  I wasn't aware that there was a "bootleg" version of the figure.  I guess that should be no surprise.  I looked for one a couple weeks ago and couldn't believe the price had dropped so much.  Now I know........ :lol:

Any idea of what the difference is between the figs?  Is it just a number on the card and poor printing art?

I see that site has posted more info about the issue.  I guess to purists the date code with a 7 is the only genuine article but everyone else does not care... I think I may join the camp of people who do not care!  I can live with the card art being off.

Thanks but I can't get on Hisstank.  I had a disagreement with the owner and asked to be removed.  That removal included a ban on their site.
