what can anyone tell me about the toy ratt. he has just moved into milton from brampton, and has a few gi joe things, so i was wondering if anyone knew him and can give some feedback, and wow he has alot of video games.

Where is he located in Milton?

781 main street, from the road you will see a laundry mat, pull in that parking lot on the left side and go down about half way between the buildings, he is on the left, he has a tactical battle platform in box and very not complete (id say 30% complete) for 25 bucks.
