I'm trying to figure out how you got PP Troopers and Televipers for 4 bucks each.

I have to agree - I like the Joe Figures, but the Cobra figs are a let down - especially when you consider the price per figure. I already own 4 Python Trooper and TeleVipers - and I didn't pay more than $4 each.

I found them at (I think it was) Winners many months ago.
I also found Mutt, FireFly, V1 Flint, V1 and V2 Storm Shadow, Snow Serpents, V2 of Torch and V2 of Ripper, PP Crimson Guard, Eels.
V1 Stalker.  Now that I think about it, most of the 25th anniversary figures that I had a hard time finding at regular retail all turned up at my two closest Winners.

Sorry and to correct - now that I have looked the price tag on them says $4.99.

I think he either meant PP Officers and non PP Televipers or ARAH PP Troopers and Televipers.

Not sure what you mean, but 25th style PP Troopers and PP Televipers have never been made by Hasbro.  The club is the only place to offer them.

Bingo that is the one, and yes non PP televipers - sorry for the large amounts of confusion.

Winners is Canada's TJ Maxx or Marshalls.
http://www.tjx.com/
They had lots of 25th figures. They should also have some Hall of Heroes ones too.

Serious? I don't have any of the HoH figures so it could be nice for me to find them at a good price..
