Yeah, funny article - Cracked has done some other G.I. Joe lists too.
I think I would replace Dial-Tone and Shipwreck with Psyche-Out and Scoop, though.

yeah, a radio operator's more useful than a guy with daft little satellite dishes on his arms and a TV reporter. and so's a guy who can man the guntubs on the Killer WHALE or man a Devilfish...
