Just to clarify,
That once my pre-order are in and what ever amount we are at I will refund the difference for those who have purchased the higher amount.

ie: if you purchased at 85.00 and my pre-orders stop at 80.00 then you will get a refund of 5.00/per case
if we reach the 15+ case then you would get 10.00 if you purchased at 85.00 if you purchased at 80.00 you will get 5.00

I hope this makes sense.

Figures will get a refund once they arrive if your purchased the cases at 85.00 of 5.00

Estimated delivery time for figures and vehicles wave 2 is September

Estimated delivery time for Bravo vehicles wave 2 is backorder which can mean end of September early October

if the estimated delivery time changes I will post it here and send an email out via the site to the people who have ordered

They are starting to show up at my suppliers so I should be getting some very soon depending on shipping time.

Wave 3 is only 4 figures:(estimated released December)

I was thinking of sets not sealed cases but if i go with sealed cases they will be 85.00 and the sets will be 32.99

I will be making my decision after this weekends local toy show in Burlington at the Holiday Inn off Guelph line

That great news. If you decide to go for the sealed case route, mark me down for one for sure. I might be tempted to get a second as well. There is too much good stuff in this wave

Is a seal case include three sets of wave 3 or you get some figures from the past waves?
