So what is everyone's (those of us who remain) thoughts on the Soundwave/Thunder Machine crossover?

I @#$$% LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean I am biased as I love all the TF/Joe crossovers so far, despite some issues.   

Soundwave looks great in robot mode, and the Thunder Machine alt mode looks awesome.

I love that they are differentiating Zarana and Zartan from the originals.  Zarana has her more original/proto look without the shoulder armour and the added Tattoo.  Plus a new head.  Zartan's colours now line up with the original art more, but still the thigh pads don't match.  Either way both will be great additions. 

Ravage in blue is a weird choice, and that fact that he can transform into cassette mode.   But then I found out he is the Masterpiece version and Soundwave's chest opens to store him so........#$%$$#  YEAH!!!!

Overall this is probably my favourite crossover so far, even though the price (almost $150CDN) is a tough pill to swallow.

I can't wait to see number four in the line if the rumours are true.

Supposedly Sgt. Slaughter himself let it slip at a convention that they were working on a new Triple T that transforms.  So, again, if true that is probably the next crossover.  I figure it will be the regular Sgt. Slaughter O-Ring figure and the Triple T will probably be (my guess only) Grimlock.

I pre-ordered a lot of figs from the latest wave (Crimson Viper, Low Light,... even Grunt!) except Tunnel Rat. What do you guys think about him? I love the character, but he looks a little bit dull to me. Maybe his NF version will make him pop, but I don't feel the magic we got with Spirit, Outback, Scrap Iron, R&R, etc.

Are you planning getting Tunnel Rat?

I think Tunnel Rat looks great!!!

I like the little updates, like knee pads, that make him a little more sensible as someone who is crawling through tunnels all the time.  I expect we'll see a NF version and hopefully a TF version as well.

I love all the reveals, but I have done my best to make 2023 the year of "No Preorders" unless I have to.   So nothing revealed so far, except exclusives, has been preordered.  The reality is that most Classified figures are easy to get now so there is little incentive to preorder.

Now that isn't to say I haven't preorderd, because the Walmart and Pulse exclusives are going to be harder to get.  However I just yesterday cancelled my Pulse preorders (Trouble Bubble, Valkyries, Snow Job) because they were two separate orders.  Now I have them all as one preorder so I saved an extra $29 off shipping two separate orders. 

Overall though Classified is a great line and I love all the reveal so far.  I can't wait for Firefly because I am going to load him up with all the accessories from the first release, along with his accessories, and I have a couple of those tiny "drone" HISS tanks from the POC line and they are perfectly scaled to be drone HISS tanks that Firefly uses along with his other accessories.

Low-Light looks great, as expected, and I am can't wait for him.
