So, I was out the $200 US plus Paypal fees.
So, I tried to close my account. Do you know how HARD it is to have them close you account? My goodness, I've done server migrations with less headaches!
I will never EVER deal with them again.

Not even in a million years will I open or read an email that is suppose to be from paypal. To many fraud stories out there, including the email.
Actually, there were a couple of sellers that wouldn't sell on ebay to me because I was unverified. There loss.
