i think they'll be good for kids that can't afford the 5 packs, or people that don't want all the figures from the 5 packs. but really they should have done one or the other.

Yep, this was a desperate effort to get something on the shelves without any retooling.
Still, if they end up in Canada and the other stuff doesn't, I'll likely end up paying the 14.99 cdn that TRU will likely be charging for them.
If they're a complete flop, maybe they'll end up at Samco in 2010. :lol:

I kinda like them.
Hawk is really cool. Neon color Scarlett is meh.
SE & SS are the same. I might be tempted to do a black ninja with the extra SS.
As for Duke and CC... why o why.

All three comics (#1, #21, #24) have already been released in comic packs. Are they just going to stick old comics in them? Because those were filled with ads for HTS and the DTC Joes.
As for the figures, I like Hawk and Snake-Eyes in blue, but don't get why Hasbro insists that "comic-accurate" has to be gaudy.

Part of the fun with the 3 figure comic parts was the nostalgia to get a traditional Joe style figure done. But with these, blah. More useless repaints of figures that were just released.

Hawk = pretty neat.
Others = meh.
