Sort of what happend to me. I was never going to own any, now I have 5 of the things. Still, I don't plan on going crazzy for them, just when I see them on the cheap side.

If you guys have the opportunity, these are the figures I most suggest you try to get:
-Spirit v1: My first Sigma 6 figure, and a toy that really defined what I loved about the line. Brilliant redefinition of familiar characters, sharp colour schemes, seemless integration of soft goods, and tonnes of equipment he can carry.
-Lt. Stone: A grail figure, but one that I finally managed to add to my collection. The big selling point is the Cobra Trooper costume he comes with, but frankly I love the character and the rest of his equipment.
-Cobra Commander v2: CC in black is a striking and intimidating leader for your troops.
-Destro v1: The only missile launcher accessory that ever excited me, and one of the greatest accessories in all of toydom, the briefcase/laptop uzi.
-Snake Eyes' quad: The green repaint of Duke's Night Ranger Quad, it has all the fun of that vehicle with a gorgeous paint job.
-Flint: He may not be exactly like you remember him, but he's just a wicked figure with innovative weapons.
-Recondo v1: There's just something great about this figure and the gator he comes with.

Zartan (V1). Fantastic nod to the original in both look and colours, and has kickass accessories.
Firefly (V2 - Cobra). Just plain old badass.
Recondo (V1) - Cool figure, the most $$ I spent on a S6 figure.
Iron Grenadier - Cool Shock Trooper.
Shipwreck - Also very cool.

Zartan
Long Range (Trench Coat)
Snake-Eyes (Mix-mash of 3 figures)
Cobra Commander (Black)
Heavy Duty (Yep... I said it!)
Of course, when my v2 Firefly gets here, he'll be going to the top of that list. ;-)

you are not alone pete...i was at samco a couple weeks ago...saw them at such low prices, and then decided they still look like ass and walked away. i did pick up some star wars figs though, and dropeed about $300 stuff for the kids....damn samco!
