Here is the description:
This Wave 7 case includes 8 individually packaged characters: 1x Wild Bill, 1x HISS Driver, 2x Cobra Viper, 1x Spirit Iron Knife, 2x Snake Eyes #4, and 1x Duke with Jetpack. (Subject to change.)

I will be taking pre orders on sets and cases. A sets will include:
1x Major Bludd, 1x Wild Bill, 1x HISS Driver, 1x Cobra Viper, 1x Spirit Iron Knife, 1x Snake Eyes #4, and 1x Duke with Jetpack. (Subject to change.)
Estimated to arrive in May 2008 (subject to change).
set price will be $47.99
Case prices are $62.99

Is major bludd in this wave or the next?
I thought he was in the next wave. ::)

Bludd is pushed off from wave 7 (2008 wave 3) into the next wave (I think as it hasn't been confirmed yet).

not offically confirmed but it is listed in my pre order with my supplier so i hope he is in there
