Title: Antivirus recommendations

I am looking to install an antivirus program.  Preferably a free one.  There seems to be some pretty computer savvy people on this site.  Any recommendations?  I appreciate any help.

I like AVG as well, but I use the free version

Thanks guys.  I was bouncing between Avira and AVG.  Couldn't find an overwhelming reason to lean one way or the other.
