Are the single figures easy to find at Zellers and Toys R Us still, Just wondering if they not hard to find or if eBay is my best option to find singles from wave 1,2,3... and so on..Thanks

I wouldn't eBay, just yet. The earlier waves are being re-released mixed into upcoming waves. Unless you really HAVE to have the foil packaging... in that case, eBay's probably the only place you'll find the first few waves.
Do you live near any cities with comic shops? Tell the owner or manager you're a collector and ask if he has or can get any of them for you. The comic shop near me is great for getting the newest stuff early - and even has a lot of the earlier waves in stock, still. A comic shop might be your best bet before eBay
