Title: Toys'R'Us Raises Prices on Some Joes.

Has anyone else noticed price increases as Toys'R'Us?

Vehicles are now $22.99, up from $21.99
Troop Builder sets are now $21.99 up from $19.99.

TRU Kitchener has also moved their G.I. Joe section to a slightly larger spot.

Yes, I noticed the 5 pack price increase a couple of days ago.

I don't even pay attention to the 2 vehicles sets as it's same over-ordered stocked in every store.

Being optimistic:  In the past I have seen them raise prices on something shortly before putting it on sale to try to clear it out.  So  we may see a sale on G.I. Joe Vehicles, but I'm not holding my breath.

Transformers and Star Wars went on sale last week, as well as all the marvel movie stuff going on for %50 off. I can totally see them doing a %30 off sale on this stuff to make room for christmas stock.

My local comic shop has raised their prices on Wave 10 single packs to $11.99 while their older stock is still $8.99. That price increase is pretty hard to swallow for such a little figure. I'm hearing of general price increases in the MSRP in the US.

I know for a fact that we had a raise from our supplier now twice so I think its a general thing but on a good note I haven't raised my prices.

Not only TRU, but also HTS. Initially they were selling each vehicle pack $14.99. Now it is $15.99.
