Title: Snarler Cycle & Skysweeper
Post by: Realboss on September 22, 2009, 03:13:33 PM
I just picked up the Snarler Cycle and Skysweeper jet on the weekend.

I originally got the cycle for the figures-Beachhead and Airborne(now Roll Bar) repaints but the cycle is actually pretty cool.

The Skysweeper(modified Firebat) would be a lot better if it was a darker colour not Baby Blue.

Ever figure came with their original release accessories which was a nice touch.

I got the Snarler a while back myself and was pretty pleased with it.

I've been debating on whether or not to get the Sky Sweeper.  I absolutely hate the color but I really like Air Raid and I need some more Joe pilots!  Does the figure make it worth (or at least kinda worth) getting the vehicle?

Seeing all those accessories with the figures in the new vehicle waves makes me wanna know where the heck the guns were with the Steel Crusher, Night Raven, and other earlier ROC vehicles.

If you have the Resolute 5 pack it's the same Duke just a repaint and if you're into customizing, the Sweeper would be great for a special paint job because the jet is kind of neat.
Or just trade/sell the jet and keep the figure!

The problem with the Air Raid figure is that I hear his parachute pack is glued on the body.

Which is too bad, I would've liked the figure itself as a base for a custom.
