Title: Vote for the March 2010 Hasbro Questions!
Post by: Stealth Viper on March 06, 2010, 02:04:00 PM
Wow. A pretty pathetic offering this time around, guys. Hasbro's new "rules" have a lot to do with that I'm sure, but still it doesn't look good for Joecanuck.

As always, you may vote for 3.

I don't think the lull in new product helps much either.  Joe is pretty much on a break until summer.

I agree!
Will try to find some questions for the next month!

Yup. Hasbro's new question rules were to me like a slap on the face, so I decided not to submit questions for this time since It kind of left me without "do ask" questions that interested me anyway. But I'll still vote for the sake of our community voice since it's not just about me in the end :cobra:.

I would've submitted a rephrased question but I'd already submitted it at the Allspark and JoeCustoms so this just felt redundant.

Dig the exclusives question.
Hasbro should at least try to get the Outpost Defender here. I don't want to pay 50$+ shipping on it... :(

Agreed.

Just a little trick I learned to use and that really pays off: You can always look for a cheap vintage Outpost Defender even if its broken or incomplete, with a little love you fix it or customize it and keep it as a placeholder until you get the one you want for the price you want. Make it look like the Walmart exclusive, and then when you get the new one, you'll have two.

I agree with Latinjoe.  We put too much value in the exclusives when it's cheaper and in some cases easier to acquire vintage toys and fix them up.  I got a cheap walmart OPD Tripwire online and now the Resolute Roadblock is being released so, for me problem solved.

Well the playset itself is the least of my worries, but I really want that Tripwire with the little bomb defusing robot, and I much prefer the ROC Roadblock to the Resolute one... so that's the one I want.
Hopefully once the Resolute set comes out the prices for the Outpost Defender will go down...
