Title: POLL: 1986 BATS, Orange or Yellow?

Which one is your favourite?

I also saw quite often the comment "Colour variant BAT" when talking about the orange one... followed with a $$$ premium.

Well, you did ask the question afterall. So always expect the unexpected in these situations. Mark Bellomo also commented that neither color variation is more rare than the other. Half my BATS have the orange and my other half the yellow on them, not that I really cared during my years of collecting. I only became aware of this variation a few years ago but it hasn't changed the fact that I prefer them with the yellow paint. My brother was the one who got the BAT in 86 and it was the yellow highlights variant.

I don't think anyone hates the orange version, we just like yellow better. I wouldn't buy the pink version if they made one....

Why should you feel weird ??? Stop alienating yourself man: Look at the bright side: at least by not inclining to the major current, that makes you unique. Always look at the bright side of the Coin, never put it in doubt! :) These statistics are based mainly by a sample population of our boards. If every member (amd even those from different boards), lurker and who knows who were to vote in this poll, there would be no telling how the results would turn out, or even if the yellow variant could still top the charts. Take it from a guy who was a nerd in Statistics and probability Math in College :wink:

And for the record, I'm with Bandrov the Sword Collector as well: no pink BAT for me!
