i imagined Duke, being the leader of the joes, being captured by cobra, and sent to one of their many prison/labor camps. he wears a brace on his hand as it was crushed by a cobra officer.

a couple points: the Russian guy is black because he underwent pigment darkening for an undercover mission. the darkening is starting to wear off though, making some parts of his skin seem lighter than others. the bald girl is a ROC covergirl, with hair removed and face sanded down. i intended to give her hair, but, in the end thought she looked better without it. the story i came up with for her is that she's a cancer survivor or something. and finally, how could i NOT make the Sean Connery gun scottish? :thumbs-up:

My main question is what paint are you using? Some of it looks a bit thick and chipping and I suspect you are painting the same way I use paint.

morgardee: mostly use cheap acrylic paint and sealer, sometimes use testors or game workshops model paints too, but they warp the plastic so i try and avoid them.....

Awesome stuff.
My first suggestion is to add another couple of obscure old Joes. Not Flint or someone we'd expect to have survived.....how about a futuristic Barbecue or a Repeater with an updated gun. Just something to show the randomness of survival. I like the way you had Duke aged and with a crushed hand. Consider scars, burns or injuries to these guys too.
My second suggestion is though the Snake Eyes 2 looks great, the head stands out because it doesn't have the same look. Scuff up the head or put a scratch on the visor - help it blend in.

i'm still looking to add a few more characters to the joe team, once i pick up some more fodder and stuff on clearance.
also have a few droids/robots to go along with glitch right now. always pictured him as the type who'd capture cobra B.A.Ts and use them to build things himself, haha =P
