Looks alright to me. It's just too bad about the shipping costs from those guys. :(

Sorry for not getting to excited about a cobra mantis. I'm sure lots of people will like this but, it is just a recast of the RoC mantis we just had last year. The figure looks good at least. This is a PASS for me.
-
When the other sets came out I didn't care for them much, but recently I've completely changed my mind. I really dig this vehicle and the adventure team in general.
-
It looks good. I will even say it looks better than the ROC version. But, space is becoming rarer and rarer... so I need a WOW effect to get another vehicle. Since "Good" is below "Wow"... I won't get this... or if I get it, it will be with a BIG discount... like someone would like badly the fig and doesn't want the vehicle at all

They should have used the RoC Polar Sharc for this, that would at least get more people wanting it.
-
I have this vehicle from its original release (can't remember which line or when it was) it is pretty cool! better than i anticipated
-
They're too expansive for my taste since I don't care for the vehicles, I just want a box set of all the figures.
-
it'd make a nice Q-Force vehicle for Action Force...
-
kinda neat, easy pass for me though.

Now that is smart thinking. You get a timbit.
-
I like the sub's colour but using 25th Ann. Shipwrecks body and colours kills it for me with the figure.

Well Thank You Sir! I did not not know Ranting could be so rewarding!

I asked my 2 year old if he liked this submarine. He said no and he came back with HIS (it was mine when I was... around 8 :-) submarine in hands:

This submarine in yellow/orange fits better the AT color scheme than the one proposed by MC ;D and it fits very well GI Joe fig :o!

Martin that is an awesome sub!
Is it an Adventure People submarine?

Now that is what I call an awesome looking submarine. I'm sure I would've liked to have that too as a kid, +1 for MM!

Yes, it's from the Fisher-Price Adventure People. I still have most of them from my childhood. This Submarine and the helicopter that goes with it are just great for any AT collector... and since I have these in duplicate... :shifty:

Since I don't want to be off topic (and by respect of this thread), keep reading my Fisher-Price Adventure People love http://www.joecanuck.com/joe/board/index.php?topic=5046.0 (http://http://www.joecanuck.com/joe/board/index.php?topic=5046.0). ;D

Nobody Beats GI JOE, except probably Fisher Price with these very cool Adventure sets. Thanks for sharing Mr. SubMarine-Montreal ! (okay okay, cheesy I know)
-
I like the set, I just prefer to buy things that I can find locally.
-
I remember that thing! Good call Martin. I was in my shed just this afternoon looking at the Adventure People toys I have out there for my boy.
I've even contacted Fisher Price in the past and told them that if they re-released that stuff I would buy it all for my boy (and I mean it). Heck, I would buy two of everything.
-
That set looks great!
-
I want the entire AT set but I'll wait a couple months.. the price is going to drop for sure on these things! It's not worth the price MC is asking for them...
