Like some of you already saw in another post, I really like the Fisher-Price Adventure People toy line. One of my favorite (even more than the Sud below - 2nd pic) is the GroundShaker (still good match for the Adventure Team)!!

This Submarine and the helicopter that goes with it are just great for any AT collector...

Can you imagine Payload in this?

I can see people using StarWars toys... do you have other?

I know I have one generic vehicles that were available in the early 80's. They were sci-fi theme vehicles with no drivers and were especially designed to fit any 3.75 inch figures. There was a low-crawl vehicle with a cockpit for 3 figures, a APC (which I have), a cool jet (that reminds me of the BattleForce 2000 jet), and probably more.
I'll try to find a pic and post it here, or take a pic of what I have and post it later. I remember that my parents bought it at Pascal of Cote-des-Neiges (Mtl) back in the Olden days.
-
i have that Adventure People F-15 and it was indeed used as a make-weight Cobra jet until i got the Rattler.
-
When I was a kid, the Star Wars characters would enter some kinda portal and end up in the "Joe world". Cobra Commander and Vader would team up against Luke and Duke (heh! Luke Duke).
I still remember slowly peeling Joe logos off of my mobat to put on my X-Wing.

On a similar note, I used Techno Viper with my Star Wars and pretended he was Boba Fett in a bran new armor. The BAT was his trusted companion.

I bought a bunch of the Tech Deck concrete barriers, they will make a great City Strike Dio with the Alley Vipers and Shock Troopers (waiting). I looked at there other offerings and some can work fine. I'm thinking about getting there park scene as well.

BBI vehicles are totally awesome, I have a Little Bird seen in Black Hawk Down, extremely detailed. Ive been looking for a Pave Hawk but its too expensive and too big for my collection right now. True Heroes which you find in Toys R Us are fantastic for the price, theres frequent sales like 40% off at TRU through out the year for these. I have the Chinook transport and Sandbag bunker and was looking hard at the Patrol Boat they have, fantastic vehicles/playsets.

oh man those are damn awesome, next time Im int he states I might have to pick one up.

I use Maisto motor-bikes and some vehicles --like their Hummer.
I use Marvel Universe figures--the Hand ninja is now a COBRA ninja on my shelves, Toybiz Superhero Showdown figures work well, and some like Punisher can use Joe gear.
CORPS weapons work for some Joes.
Certain knock-off characters like Rambo, Robocop or Terminator work well--tese used to be carried by Zellers and are 3 3.4" scale. Cheaply made, but decent enough that they "fit" in.
There was a brief series of die-cast metal and plastic vehicles-- made by a company whose name I have long forgot--that featured an ATV, Dune buggy, a small jet, and a snowmobile.
The last one is PERFECT for Joes, and comes with a swappable weapon on its right-front nose. The snowmobile has a spring suspension and a rubber rear track--it bore quite a bit or resemblance to the Spytroops Polar Blast vehicle--although it was much sleeker.
They came with no figures and were not meant to have them-as far as the packaging was concerned.
The other vehicles, with the possible exception of the ATV were not quite suitable for figures.
The old Galoob Jonny Quest stuff works splendidly, and has a lot of variety to it. Some of it even ended up in the Joe line itself.

For me it's PTE and BBI..
Younger I was mixing my Joes with Visionaries.. they were bigger and stronger.. and they had the same articulation!
SKOmega is a dream come true for me!

I am also collecting Gundam Statues

Speaking of Robotech, I used to have the Matchbox Veritech jet, the one which took 3 3/4" figures (the figures were articulated like Joes too!). I wish I had a Flagg at the time to be the SDF-1. When I was a kid the Star Wars vintage Empire characters always bulked up the Cobra forces or the other way around. Oddly, the Rebel Alliance figures always became civilian bystanders to be rescued by Joes...
-
When I was a kid I had a Tonka metal van (era 1979?). It was gun metal grey with a sweet orange and yellow stripe up the side. Chuckles used it on undercover missions.
I also had a Tonka pick up truck that came with a guy in a cowboy hat. In my teens I used Lego, a motor from a walkman, a grappling hook and rope and made it into a motorized winch. I used hot glue and crazy glue on it. It is still working today.
On my shelves now with my Joes are the Indiana Jones cargo truck and the Russian Jungle Attack Vehicle. The jungle vehicle looks awesome with the October Guard driving it.
I even have some 3-3/4" figures mixed in with my Joes because they just look too cool. A prime example is the TRU exclusive Nick Fury. That figure was born to be a Joe and it is my favorite Marvel Universe figure.
-
I used lego with my joes to make the bases.
i also had this tonka road grader thing it was all black metal, with plastic gray armour plating, with a gun on the top, the armour had little pits in it that made it look as though it had been shot at, and it also had a plow on the underside, that could be turned, and raised, or lowered, i wish i still had it >:( but my grandparents donated it, i have never seen one like it since but i would buy it again if i could find one, i think it was part of a mad max toy line, but i could be wrong, i just remember seeing tonka on the wheels and joes fit in it perfectly.

Road Pig sits on a motorcycle I got at a Dollar Store or similar place. Fits perfect and can't beat the price. Nothing else seems to "belong" so I haven't included other lines thus far...
-
Back then I used Playmobil as civilians. I can't count how many times Cobra blew up the old Esso gas station.
Secret Wars and Super powers were also part of the roster along the few SW figures I had.
I used the Adventure People Sea Shark as a stand in for the Moray. Castle Grayskull made a great castle for Cobra while the Mantech laser base was my Joe HQ.
Today I'd say that any 3 3/4 compatible toys could be part of my Joeverse. Microman and the Motion Revive line made great additions to my little world.

Don't have it, but I sold the driver in a junk lot last year. He reminded me of Jason.

Same here. Used to blow it up all the time.

I was using another line with my Joes.. Dukes of Hazzard.. Bo, Luke and their '69 Dodge Charger! I bought the original set MISB last year, they are the same size as the vintage Joes! but I hope to get their cousin soon: Timbit! ;D

I still have my Boss Hogg figure. He is yellow and aged poorly but he sits in the bottom of my box of surplus Joe stuff. When I was a kid and didn't have too many Joes he used to be a spokeman for Cobra.

Just got an Adventure People figures 3-pack on Ebay.
Beware the menace of the terrible Clawtron!

Which one?
The 3-pack consists of the Space Commander (gray hair and beard, dressed in a red suit), Clawtron (black biker outfit, silver claws for hands) and the fighter pilot in red and blue.
I'm also tempted by the orange space rover and the Alpha Star, but I really have no space right now.
